Do you sometimes feel like you’re living the same day on repeat? Are you beginning to think your life is stuck in a rut? It’s time to snap out of the mindless grind & show yourself and the world that you are ALIVE. At this unique three-day rollercoaster, you’ll get a chance to discover your true potential. As you hear some of the most life-changing speakers, experience simulations, and engage in mind-opening activities, you’ll realize how to make the most out of your life!
Freedom at this level can be defined as an adolescent spreading his wings to fly but with boundaries of discipline. The idea is to empower you to make your own decisions and get you ready to leave the proverbial nest and take flight. With the wings of confidence and exposure you will be ready to reach the skies of success and achievement. The Junior Leaders Conference was developed in 2009 keeping in mind the lack of direction adolescents have. JLC is a thrilling way for these impressionable kids aged between 10-15 years to get the right kind of guidance and to realize that you’re never too young to have a positive impact!

We offer you a 3-day journey where you will have an opportunity to attend a day full of laughter, learning, meeting with the best mentors, asking tough questions, bonding with peers and most importantly reinvigorating inspiration. We have done it for 7 years. The Junior Leaders’ Conference is coming yet again from 15 – 17th July, 2016 to inspire, motivate and awaken you to be leaders of tomorrow! 10 – 15 year olds can apply to be a part of this once in a lifetime voyage.
