Dr. Iftikhar Ali has a very rich work experience spanning over 40 years, and has an excellent track record of success in diverse leadership and management positions. He served for 26 years in the Pakistan Army, including six years in psychological operations . He served for 11 years in Pakistan’s leading national and international O’ & A’ Level network as Director Projects, Director Development, Director International, Director Operations and Regional Director. He has also served as Principal of a group of two schools and a college for 3 years.
Dr. Ali is the only American Board of NLP (USA) approved NLP Trainer in Pakistan, and is the first and the only NLP Trainer in Pakistan licensed by American Board of NLP (USA) and Time Line Therapy Association (USA) to deliver international certification trainings in NLP Coaching and Time Line Therapy.
Dr. Ali earned his Ph. D. in 2003 in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) from Medicina Alternativa. His other qualifications include M. A. (English), M.A. (Educational Planning & Management), and B.Sc. (Hon) War Studies. He has also received trainings from LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) in Negotiations Skills, Marketing Strategy & Strategic Financial Management.
Dr. Ali has a passion for learning, training, development & growth; and is affectionately teased in close circles as “voracious reader & learner”, “Mobile University” and “Encyclopedia”.
