Job Description	Candidate will be responsible for managing the front office and attending calls and customers * To facilitate the visitors, employees and guest who comes to meet concerning person inside the organization * Incoming calls, out going calls and calls with in the organization sent to the related person * Checking telephone lines & promptly reporting * Updating the office telephone Extension list * Managing Postal Mail registration system * Receiving and stamping each and every mail with date & time * Daily sending of local /international / overland / overnight mail by courier * Parcel duties / cheques / government notices are handled with care * Maintaining couriers receipts local and international Skills/Expertise Required: * Candidates should have business knowledge and some customer service skills. * Hands on experience of call screening. * Handling telephone situations/ emergencies * Good Listener * computer & Ms Office Proficiency * Excellent communication and written skills * Organization and coordination skills Fringe Benefits * Handsome Salary Package in Five Figures. * Leave Encashment * Bi-yearly Increment * Medical Benefit * Gratuity and many more
