Job Description	BCi New Media is currently recruiting for a Graphics Designer/HTML Designer who should have marvelous visual sense and should be able to classify a design. He/she should be willing to learn new skills and competent to design concepts through study. The ideal candidates should fit the following profile: • Make innovative web template designs • Creating the layout, design and graphics of publications • Plan and manage multiple projects in parallel • Describe a design, according to the limitations of cost & time • Competent to create accurate and high quality work • Contributing ideas and design artwork Skills Required: Hands-on experience with some or all of the following is must: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Dreamweaver • Adobe Illustrator • HTML and CSS • Developing themes and sites in WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Expression Engine etc. • JavaScript • WEB 2.0 action script • JQuery • Adobe In-design • Corel Draw • Logo (creative and conceptual) • Web graphics (Banners, Flash Banners, Newsletters etc).
