Limited Position Type: Full-time Experience: 2 - 4 Salary Range: Rs 20,000 - Rs 30,000 Monthly Job Description: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader with a background in Sales to join this fast expanding business. This is a new Team within this business so you will have the opportunity to build your team as the department grows. This role will involve effectively manage your assigned team. You will ensure that the team is motivated, monitored and measure in line with Sales targets and Service performance standards. About the Role: Maximizing the skill and potential of individual team members to ensure team targets are exceeded. Performance management. Mentoring Team Leaders who have recently been promoted. Acting as a central point of communication between the team, peers and management. Coaching team members, identifying gaps and needs where applicable. Rewarding top performers and ensuring they are fulfilling their potential. Liaising closely with the Training and Quality Manager regarding team training needs. Plan and tailor all communication to the team including team briefings and meetings to ensure maximum benefits and transparent consistency. Maintain and enhance the treating customers fairly culture within Conduit UK. Influence others to follow personal example as a role model for the organization. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a fast moving, ambitious contact centre sales environment. Demonstrate ability to mentor and motivate colleagues. Previous experience in a sales environment and a proven track record is essential. A minimum of 2 years as a Team Leader or above . Must be able to motivate individuals and teams whilst maintaining a business wide approach. Must have strong coaching and leadership skills . Salary Packages & Working Hours: Package: Up to Rs. 30,000 Basic Salary Travel Allowance Uncapped Commissions Additional Bonuses Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2 pm till 10:00 pm & Friday: 3pm till 10:00 p.m Note: Pick & Drop may be given.
