Job Description	Preference will be given to persons having experience of Pharmaceutical industry with marketing coordinator and having experience of more than 1 year. Accounting for Claims (Distributors) Performing Stock Verifications. Reimbursement of Payment Made on behalf of Company Received Payments from Distributor and keep its record. Coordination with field force. Checking of Quantity, rates, specification other findings according to company policies. Updating credit note whenever credit note is issued. To maintain the approval , budget consumption. Preparing Target Vs Achievement sheets. Updating closing stock sheet of every distributor on monthly basis. Preparing & updating record relating to distributor claims. Sample & literature dispatch record. Maintain proper filing of documents in distributors file. Maintain office record related to marketing activities. Daily dispatch & mail receipt record. Perform any other duties assigned by management& manager. computer Skills: Command over office automation tools (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). Using of Internet & E-mails. Personal Skills: Time management skills Able to manage work load both individually and as member of team Good presentation & Communication skills Co-operative with other team members Terms and Conditions: Candidates are advised to apply only if they meet the experience criteria.
