Job Description	* Maintain excellent relationship with Suppliers in order to ensure timely fulfillment of company’s obligations and resolution of routine queries and problems up to the limit of the assigned level. * Coordinating with all the departments concerned. * Issuance of Purchase Orders timely and ensure that it delivered to vendor. * Keep updating records of deliveries and maintain store’s Inventory. * Processed Invoices of vendors / suppliers for payment timely and keep it record. Handling Purchases in an ISO 9000 Certified Organization. * To educate User’s and Suppliers regarding any change and policies and procedures. * Follow the procurement methods of the company. * Negotiated prices from vendor to enhanced profitability of company. * Maintain Price history records and historic rate comparisons for more frequent used items. * To ensure security of all permanent record. * To ensure that all Procurement and Payments are properly supported and approved by the appropriate management level. * Coordinate the preparation of relevant reconciliation’s at each period end. * Performing any other job assigned by the Management. * Coordination in Import & Export of equipments. * Design Computerized Budget related performs i.e. Local Purchase Requisition, Assets Transfer Advise, and Assets Retired Advise etc. * Develop Application for managing day to day Management Approvals for purchase and outstanding purchasing in FoxPro.
